  Warning: Careful dropping off your toddlers and preschoolers here. They only have one adult in the rooms on many occasions and it is a zoo downstairs. I approached the youth pastor and senior pastor with my concerns and they dismissed them more than once.

  Yes. Wonderful church people there. My wife was looking for community, looking for some like minded people. and she loves volleyball. Open Door (or should I say closed door) does a lot of volleyball. She's enjoyed playing with the ladies there in the past. But the ol' OPEN DOOR has slammed it in her face.
  
  Your slogan should be LOVE THE MEMBERS REJECT THE REST.

  My husband and I didn't go to church for almost four years, because the idea of finding a church that we could trust with our four kids and one that met our needs as adults seemed like a daunting task. COD has been a place of spiritual growth and rest for us and our children. We can listen to the great sermons and worship with the adults, knowing our kids are safe with teachers and pastors that know them, love them and want them to grow spiritually. If we do have a concern, the staff has always very quickly responded, far above what they would need to do. Church of the Open door has been a blessing to my husband, my kids and me.
